From a checked listing to your door

Order with Kakobuy in eight steps.

Follow the official buying sequence after making your shortlist. Each step below links to the decision that matters at that point in an order.

Official sequence checked 15 October 2026. The original tutorial images show older interface examples: prices, balances, coupons, routes and legacy labels are illustrative. Current product, order and parcel screens govern. Open any image at full size.

01

Select the product

Use a saved marketplace link, image search or a keyword. Similar search results are candidates to compare, not evidence that all sellers supply the same item. Save the original URL and the variant you intend to buy.

Compare similar listings →
Copy the original marketplace product link
Copy the original marketplace product link. The source product page is the starting point. Copy the item address, not a shop homepage or a screenshot URL. Full-size image 01 ↗
Paste the link into Kakobuy’s product search
Paste the link into Kakobuy’s product search. Search using the copied URL. Check that the product Kakobuy imports is the listing you intended. Full-size image 03 ↗
Use the image-search button when you have a reference photo
Use the image-search button when you have a reference photo. The picture icon is another way to discover a listing. Similar-looking results still need their own seller and variant checks. Full-size image 02 ↗
Search by a product keyword
Search by a product keyword. A keyword such as the tutorial’s “towel” example starts discovery. Open a result and inspect its actual options. Full-size image 04 ↗

Submit the order

Choose colour, size and quantity, then check the actual unit price and domestic freight. Add specific instructions where needed. Fill & Buy is the manual alternative when automatic import cannot describe the order.

Check minimums and price tiers →

Make the first payment

Pay for the goods and the seller’s delivery to the warehouse. Review the currency debit, credited amount and payment charge before confirming. International shipping is a separate payment later.

Wait for purchasing and dispatch

The buying team reviews the request and the seller supplies the goods. Check order messages for stock, quantity or price questions. A priority purchase option cannot control a seller’s dispatch time.

Understand stock and dispatch →
Wait for purchasing review and the seller’s dispatch
Wait for purchasing review and the seller’s dispatch. Kakobuy processes the request and the merchant sends the item to the warehouse. Read messages about stock or price differences; timing depends on both parties. Full-size image 08 ↗

Review QC and storage

Check your actual item’s photos against the chosen variant and saved listing. Request relevant measurements or angles promptly. Eligible returns and storage have separate deadlines, and a visual inspection does not establish authenticity or function.

Use the warehouse-photo checklist →

Open the item’s QC photos in Warehouse. Use User Center → Warehouse and the item’s photo area. Compare the ordered variant, visible condition and any requested measurements before shipping. Full-size image 10 ↗

Submit a parcel and pay freight

Choose the stored items, address and packing, then compare eligible logistics lines. Use packed dimensions and the line’s chargeable-weight rule. Check the itemised parcel checkout, coupon validity and optional insurance before paying.

Compare route conditions →
Select the stored items for your parcel

Follow outbound handling and tracking

Packing and handover lead into international and local-carrier tracking. Keep the parcel reference and check the actual status before assuming a delay means loss. Raise questions through the official parcel channel.

Prepare a useful support request →

Inspect and confirm delivery

Check the parcel and contents before confirming receipt. Keep packaging and original evidence if there is damage or a mismatch, and contact the official support channel promptly.

Keep the shortlist with the order.

Save the original URL, exact variant, quantity, expected unit price and any seller promise you relied on. Those details make later messages and QC comparisons more useful.
